Belize is a country located on the northern coast of Central America, bordered by Mexico and Guatemala. It is the only Central American country that has English as its official language. This is because it used to be a British territory. The country has become a popular tourist destination as well as a popular retirement spot for wealthy people. Belize connection seeks to share information about the country with prospective visitors and business people.

The country has nearly nine thousand square miles of land and a population of more than three hundred thousand as of 2013. This makes the lowest population density in all of Central America. The country has the second largest population growth rate in the region. There is an abundance of terrestrial land and many marine species in its diverse ecosystems.

There are more than three hundred thousand residents in the country including Mayans, East Indians, Mestizo, Arabs and Chinese. There are also many expatriates from Canada, the United States and Europe who choose to retire there because of the low cost of living and warm weather.

Today, the country fosters strong ties with its Latin American neighbors. It is a member of CARICOM, the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, as well as the Central American Integration System. The country is also famous for its September Celebrations, as well as being the birthplace of chewing gum and the originator of Punta music.

The wettest season tends to be between June and December. During this time certain parts of the country can receive almost two hundred inches of rain. Sometimes there are wild storms which originate from the Caribbean Sea. The most rainfall normally happens in June or July.

The country is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, which means that the structure of its government is based on the U. K. Parliamentary system. The legal system is also modelled after the common law system of England. Queen Elizabeth II is still the head of state and has the title Queen of Belize. The Queen is represented there by a Governor-General, whom she appoints.

The cabinet is led by a Prime Minister, who is the head of government and acts as an advisor to the Governor-General. Cabinet ministers are usually members of a political party which sits in parliament. They usually hold their elected seats concurrent to the cabinet positions.

As more and more friends were added to her social media websites, she started to group them together into various categories.
